1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone with your order details and reason for return.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received at our designated return center and inspected.

  • In case of any refunds approved it will take 15 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement without any charges, provided the order has not been dispatched.

  • Cancellations requested after 12 hours from order placement will be subject to:

    • A 20% cancellation fee, and

    • Packaging and delivery charges already incurred.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us via phone or email with your order ID.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged due to customer mishandling 

  • In case of disputes, the final decision lies solely with VeryCheapPrice.com.
